for dryland routine to do push-ups, sit-ups, things like that. Working on the basis of a lot because that's what will make you go faster.
eat only healthy food, you need to eat protein and carbohydrates so they do not go on the diet in some weird cuz the one you are driving too fast, especially need to swim. Just do not eat much fatty food (you already know what I mean) hah nothing else to eat unnecessarily, the result is great .. idk
