Yes, you can lift weights without an observer. The only problem is that certain exercises can be pushed as hard as you would if you had an assistant who will help some additional samples.

The most important exercises you need is a guardian of the dumbbell bench press (incline, decline and flat) as if you tackle these problems at the hairpin, only the bar, which the bank can be very dangerous. In order to avoid what we held the same exercise with dumbbells again, nobody can help you complete these two additional repetitions.

An alternative to the bar of the Smith can bench press workout machine, as if you have problems, turn the wrists to the bar in the machine to lock securely.

Hope this helps.

Yes, it's really only a couple of years, it is absolutely necessary for an observer. Benchpressing, for example, because if I get too much you can remember and try to squat, it would be really difficult to lose weight safely, if you can not get up.

Most exercises do not require recognition. Nothing on a machine that does not need a helper. Any exercise of free weights, where a failure could easily fall, or to put the weight down.

Of course, if you're in a gym, ask the person closest to the place. I always ask people on the ground and 10 years, denied in a gym only ONCE a place. Now, go!

In general, people need observers for bench presses and squats with bar counter.

If you do not have an assistant who can do the dumbbell bench presses and squats, instead of hack

I hate benching without an observer, although I do not benching sad. No weight bench press, they are safer.
