Used Kitchenaid I Just Recently Acquired A Kitchenaid Stand Mixer, Before I Had A Sunbeam.?

I just recently acquired a Kitchenaid stand mixer, before I had a Sunbeam.? - used kitchenaid

When I have to use my Kitchenaid to appear more like cake, my glazes sandy or too soft, which is not the same blend of everything, with the KitchenAid. What am I doing wrong?

It appears that you may be using the wrong blade mixer. It is a great book called the Bible to mix and help you every console on the market as a professional singer. Kitchenaid I have always and never had problems, which describe either the blade or the uneven temperature of the ingredients. Good luck!

I had the same KitchenAid food processor for over 30 years (she is "Harvest Gold" lol ).... Works as good as the day I bought it! .... You can not really "and" Beat the standard mass of the cake, most people never really fight long enough! You need min at least 3. for moist air into the batter completely take over a cake. My glazes are never sandy well ..... You need the sides of the pan, if the mass or the beating of frosting landscape, but do it with any mix:) ... His glazes have whipped cream whips faster and more completely, and what you want the rigidity of the height! .... You use the arrow-shaped "piece of cotton, whipped cream until sheets for products, dough hook and ......

Hmmm I get the KitchenAid go do other things, sometimes I forget that the mix of distance! They have many of its individual elements, such as butter integrate first, a good cream and sugar, mix well, so I found some things not good, but it was when I tried to d "too fast and not the butter first color, etc.

Try to choose a lower value in the speed! These things are much more effective and stronger than the little peep!

But I had never overbeaten cake ever! I have the mixer all the way to 5 $ special mixing fair pace.

Hmmm! Send me, and I think Sunbeam?
